The Freeman School of Business Opens Downtown Location

Geoff Block

A graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, Geoff Block now serves as a manager of RLB Squared, LLC, a real estate investment and development company. RLB Squared, LLC, owns and operates numerous properties including Sharp Plaza in Mahwah, New Jersey, which houses the North American headquarters for Land Rover USA. In addition to his professional responsibilities, Geoff Block continues to financially support Tulane’s A.B. Freeman School of Business.

At the beginning of January, Tulane’s A.B. Freeman School of Business opened its Stewart Center CBD in the heart of the Innovation Corridor of New Orleans’s Warehouse District. The downtown location is the home of the business school’s executive education programs, the Goldring Institute for International Business and the new entrepreneurial hospitality program.
The Stewart Center CBD features 21,000 square feet of space that includes classrooms, collaborative work environments, special events spaces, study areas, and breakout rooms. Hoteling offices have also been included in the design to provide workspace for visiting professors.
Designers and administrators hope that the downtown location of the Stewart Center CBD will help students to connect with Tulane faculty and industry leaders more effectively.
